I made an online order and when I got there early to pick it up it was getting ready there and then. Delicious meal purchased

The macaroni wasn’t great.It wasn’t macaroni pasta as I know it or buy from supermarkets.It was runny and it looked like a layer of oil on top.It was a total waste of money as I couldn’t eat it.This may not be what you want to hear but.I had to have a sandwich for a meal.

Phoned Up 90 mins after ordering on website , told food would be with me very soon , called back again after another 50 mins to be told waiting on a driver coming back , so after 2hrs 20mins still the food hadn't even left the shop , absolutely pathetic customer service , will defo not be ordering again.

Great pizza and freshly cooked chips

Food wasn't warm fritters where awful no condiments in them I had phoned prior to add this on as no option online and yet still there was nothing them.pizza wasn't cooked looked frozen full thing went in bin so unfortunately won't be using marinis baillieston again

First time using online but the experience was easy, simple and delivered on time said. I certainly would use and recommend your shop no problem.

Food was top notch and the customer service was outstanding because we ran into an issue with mealzo automatically changing our flat address after inputting it resulting in causing confusion to the restaurant where to deliver. Therefore, they resent out a fresh order because of this mishap as the satnav took the delivery driver somewhere else because the app was missing the flat number (the app's fault). The restaurant handled this amazingly and we absolutely loved the fish and chips. Thank you!

Scammed my money and didnt sent my order also hung the phone up on me, avoid like the plague

Lovely sausage supper with fritters

Ordered on line for collection given a time to collect and it was spot on .

We ordered, single fish, a sausage supper, fritters & onion rings. Fish was cold, sausage was piping hot, fritters were warm, onion rings were warm but definitely not worth £3.

I ordered at 6.54 at 8.10 I called to see what had happened to my food I was told we are busy with the football, well perhaps someone could have let us know I was told it would be here in 15 min it arrived at 20.40. The food was not only cold but looked like it had been kicked about before it was packed. Was told be the driver he had just picked up the order. I have never put a bad review up about the food or service and did DM them seen it had been read but ignored that is why I am putting this up and will be putting one on Facebook to. I have been eating here for years but after the treatment tonight 😪 I had a friend up from London and told him this was the best in glasgow big mistake

Waited 2 hours for my meal. Got the wrong order and it was too late to fix it as they had closed. Ordered a supper and didn't even get the chips only a 1/4 pizza. So waited 2 hours for a 1/4 pizza

I called to make sure I'd done the order right and asked for onions on my fried pizza. I left a note on the order and asked for it when I called. It was literally the only thing missing. Shame coz I love the good
